every breath i *cough*

Man - I go to Austin for 1 day (ONE DAY!) and I get sick when I come back. These allergies are killing me. At first it was just a tickle in my throat, but now every breath triggers a vicious, painful cough trying to get rid of the CRAP that's coating my throat. Blecch.

My ears itch and I'm losing my voice. I've reached that point where I'm pushing so hard to get enough volume behind every word that talking is exhausting. I am almost positive it's allergies, and not anything contagious, but I know how I must sound. When I hear someone at work who sounds like this, I think "Jesus! Go home! You want to get everyone sick?!?" But I have so much to do at work! I can't be out sick if all I'm doing is hacking up a lung!

I just want to stop with the coughing already!
