sonoma, wine country

We went to Sonoma while Colleen & Jeff were visiting, and we had a great time. The first winery we visited was snooty, so we left, and we spent the remainder of our time at Benziger. We got to tour the whole grounds, have a tasting, and see the barrel caves. It was very cool. And we got some fantastic bottles of wine to enjoy too.
The wine list:

  • Valley of the Moon 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Valley of the Moon 2005 Barbera
  • Benziger 2004 Muscat Canelli, Bartolucci Vineyards, Lake County (x2)
  • Benziger 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma County

Our Muscat Canelli is finito! It was great! :)
