a couple of great quotes from the Laughing Squid Decade 2 party last night at the Mighty:

There was a great burlesque show, and a very cool old-timey lounge band, and this table of sand with propane running through it, so it became a zen fire garden. I liked that a lot. We were not dressed nearly freakily enough, that's for sure. Best part: we caught a cab immediately. As opposed to the last show at the Mighty, where we ended up walking almost the entire way home, and it is NOT close.
