doesn't: over-tank tp holder

I just came across tinyliving, (furnishings for small spaces) via unclutterer. It's great!!! We have a small apartment, but a really tiny bathroom. No floor room for anything. We installed a wall cabinet to hold some essentials, including a shelf for toilet paper, but it had to be hung a little high so you didn't hit your head on it while you were sitting down/standing up. This makes the extra toilet paper out of reach. Or even worse, out of sight, out of mind: you don't know that there isn't any even on the shelf until it's too late.

So I want this: the over tank 3-roll tp holder.
