: particular mood or atmosphere of an environment obviously ripe for a zombie attack.
As in:
“Umm… I don’t see another living soul. You know, with the shadowy lighting and creepy fog, this place has a definite zombiance. I think we should leav… Arrggghhhh!!! OH GOD!!! They’re eating me alive! Oh the humanity! Run!!! Save yoursel… *gurgle* *gurgle*…”

I think that the City at night, when it is full of fog, has a great zombiance.
Malls built in the 70′s and 80′s are awesomely zombiant. Unfortunately, when night falls they only attract gang bangers.
